We updated areas NE 1 8 and 9 and all MA areas this morning however photo quality was poor and some type of disturbance occurred during the pass that corrupted the photo as the satellite passed over Cape hatteras NC.

All areas NOT updated were completely cloud obscured and unusable. We hope that the NOAA 15 satellite is not starting to fail and the disturbance was just a "fluke". We will try again this evening...
