73 degree water is just kissing the base (southern end) of the Hydrographer Canyon. This very warm warm water appears to be almost a direct offshoot of the main Gulf-stream which is rather rare in it self. Usually, warm water bodies and formations at this location are typically 3rd party off-shoots of the Gulf-stream.

As for the 64 thousand dollar question ---Are there fish in that body of water.... who knows, its still very early in the season. If anyone heads out there please drop us a note to let us know what you found.
