As a rule, we do NOT update individual area charts that are 100% cloud obscured. We only update charts that show some clearing and can be of some use. Areas that have been, and remain cloudy can display dates that can be several days old. They are left "in place" until replaced by a current UN-CLOUDY chart. So don't worry... you are not missing anything.
