The company whom hosts our website lost power last night at about 9 PM until just 20 minutes ago causing our website, (amongst thousands others) to be unavailable online. In fact, we ourselves were unable to email customers or even access any part our own website as well.
All SST charts normally updated between those times were just uploaded to the site now that we had access.
We apologize for the trouble even though we ourselves were the victim of this event as well. We are going to search for a new hosting company as outages such as this are just unacceptable.
