NE-1 through NE-8 were updated early this morning. NE1 and 2 are relatively clear and cloud free however the remainder of the areas 9NE3 through NE8) still contain a good deal of cloud cover ranging from paper thin to heavy and lots of atmospheric clutter. Temperatures within these areas may be adversely effected by the combined clutter and clouds.
