All areas with the exception of area 9, were updated the evening. Several of the areas are still quite cloudy however.
The hot sun today heated the oceans surface quite a bit especially within inshore waters and some surface temps became quite elevated as a result. You can see this by comparing temperature differences between this mornings and this evenings set.
Remember that satellite cameras read only the top 1/2 inch of water and temperature readings within this layer can many times become exaggerated due to hot afternoon sun.
